ON SIMMERING drifts between found poetry, wacky essay, and visual note. It is a reflection on the fragile and balancing state of simmering. Here it is placed in relation to care, time, and noise, and in close dialogue with the concept of gradient.
Cooking is pretty much absent, yet one can argue that the starting point exists and is unknown, like in many other circumstances.
